York Architectural and Archaeological Society (YAYAS)

 

Founded in 1842, the Yorkshire Architectural and York Archaeological Society, better known as YAYAS, is a registered charity. It was established to promote the study of the historic heritage of the City of York as well as the County of Yorkshire.

 

You may also approach YAYAS for small grants to carry out archaeological work.
