Aims: The trust's objects are to support organisations which are of benefit 'those less fortunate in society or to society in general', especially in Yorkshire.
General : The trust supports local charities in York and charities of which the trustees have personal knowledge, interest or association In 1996/97, the trust had assets of £386,000 and an income of £79,000. It gave 130 grants totalling £45,000.
Applications : In writing to the correspondent. Applications are acknowledged on receipt. No application form is used.
